Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fermentation-derived cellulose or a purification method of the same in which fermentation-derived cellulose or a pharmaceutical preparation of the same is excellently deodorized and decolored to a level to be used as a cosmetic, and purified fermentation-derived cellulose or a pharmaceutical preparation of the same which is excellently deodorized and decolored to a level to be used as a cosmetic.SOLUTION: A purification method of fermentation-derived cellulose or a pharmaceutical preparation of the same comprises: a step X of obtaining a bleaching mixture solution of fermentation-derived cellulose or a pharmaceutical preparation of the same which contains fermentation-derived cellulose or a pharmaceutical preparation of the same, an organic solvent, and a bleaching agent; a step C of filtering the bleaching mixture solution obtained by the step X to obtain bleached fermentation-derived cellulose or a pharmaceutical preparation of the same; and a step D of collecting purified fermentation-derived cellulose or a pharmaceutical preparation of the same from the bleached fermentation-derived cellulose or the pharmaceutical preparation of the same obtained by the step C. The volume ratio of the organic solvent to water (the organic solvent/water) in the bleaching mixture solution obtained by the step X is 35/65 to 100/0. |
