Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply work monitoring device, an oil supply work monitoring system, an oil supply work monitoring method, and an oil supply work monitoring program enabling a user to determine whether a filler cap is put after an oil supply work.SOLUTION: An oil supply monitoring device includes: a target-portion detection unit 32 that acquires an image picked up by an image pickup unit 11 and showing up a portion near an oil supply port of a vehicle, and that detects a target portion from the acquired image; and a motion determination unit 24 that makes a filler cap determination for determining whether a user closed a filler cap of the vehicle after an oil supply work.
