Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit suitable for a hybrid vehicle in which an engine including plural cylinders part of which can be stopped is mounted and a motor generator can be locked.SOLUTION: A control unit of the present invention sets a discrimination temperature Tth, which is used to lock a first motor generator, to α in a case where an engine is run using all cylinders, and sets the discrimination temperature Tth to (α> ) in a case where the engine is run using part of the cylinders (S5 to S7). If a temperature Tpmg1 of the first motor generator is higher than the discrimination temperature Tth, the first motor generator is brought into a locked state (S9).
