Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control device which can be compatible with both cases even if the power supplied from an external power supply device is alternating current or direct current, perform charging without being influenced by the type of a commercial power supply and the standard of an external power supply facility, and preferentially perform rapid charging.SOLUTION: A charge control device includes: a charging method determination section 201 which detects the presence of connection of an external power supply device to a normal charge connector 101 and a rapid charge connector 102, and, when the external power supply device is connected to the normal charge connector 101, determines the charging method of the external power supply device by measuring a potential of a power line of the normal charge connector 101 or determines the charging method of the external power supply device on the basis of information of the external power supply device given via a signal line; and a control section 207 which performs charging control on the basis of the charging method determined by the charging method determination section 201.
