In the power storage part 30, a plurality of batteries 31, 32 whose types are different from each other are connected in parallel. In the reflux current detection part 40, a reflux current flowing through between the batteries 31, 32 is detected in an electrically unloaded state, and based on the detection result, an indicator 45 is lighted.
