Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve of which productivity can be improved and its process of manufacture.SOLUTION: A valve 10 of this invention is constituted such that a spring storing sleeve 30 is fixed to a base end surface 11B of a valve body 11 having a valve hole 20 and a valve 22 is pushed by a compressive coil spring 26 in the spring storing sleeve 30 against an opening edge 21 of the valve hole 20 to close the valve. A plurality of protrusion pieces 32 protrude inwardly from the opening edge of the base end of the spring storing sleeve 30, and spring receptacle member 33 is arranged among these plurality of protrusion pieces 32 and the compressive coil spring 26. Then, the plurality of protrusion pieces 32 are bent toward the valve 22 to enable a biasing force of the compressive coil spring 26 under the valve closed state to be adjusted.
