PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of correlating detection of a movable body with operated unit activation timing, and setting a priority for the operated unit activation timing according to a purpose including convenience and energy saving.SOLUTION: Devices of an image processing device, which are classified into events on the basis of a relation between time required until each device is activated and electric power consumption when the device is on standby, are allocated to sensor detection regions. As activation conditions, energy saving and convenience are set. Transitional control is executed on the basis of a higher priority set to the energy saving and that set to the convenience. During energy-saving priority time, a UI touch panel and an IC card reader are allocated to regions of a first human sensor, and an image formation unit and an image read unit are allocated to a second human sensor. During convenience priority time, the image formation unit is allocated to the regions of the first human sensor, and the UI touch panel, the image read unit, and the IC card reader are allocated to the second human sensor.
