Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration processing device and a method thereof capable of preventing a pathology of mind and body by attenuating a hypersonic negative effect led by a decrease in brain activity inevitably developed by a digital sound standard now generally in widespread use, and capable of improving functions of mind and body, and heightening the response of beauty and pleasure by leading a hypersonic positive effect by an increase in brain activity.SOLUTION: A vibration processing device comprises: generation means for generating a vibration or a vibration signal of a first bandwidth containing a vibration component perceived by an auditory system of a living body as a sound, and a second bandwidth containing a vibration component having an effect to decrease brain activity of the bandwidths beyond the first bandwidth; and vibration presentation means for decreasing the brain activity of the living body by applying the vibration having the second bandwidth to the living body together with the vibration of the first bandwidth.
