Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone device for reporting an incoming call of only a predetermined opposite party when alarm sound is ringing.SOLUTION: If a "*" key is depressed in a step S1, a buzzer starts to ring in a step S2 and present position information is calculated, and calculated position information is automatically attached to an e-mail and transmitted to a predetermined destination (steps S3, S4). In a state that the buzzer is continuously ringing, when an incoming call from a predetermined opposite party is received, ringing of incoming call sound is started (steps S8, S10). On the contrary, when an incoming call is received from a party other than the predetermined opposite party, the ringing of the incoming call sound is inhibited and the buzzer continues to ring (steps S8, S9).
