PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board which can reduce EMI not only in a low-frequency band but also in a high-frequency band; and provide a display device including the circuit board.SOLUTION: A circuit board on which a differential signal line 420 is formed comprises: a base plate; and a plurality of differential signal lines 420 formed on the base plate, for transmitting a differential signal. Each of the plurality of differential signal lines 420 includes a first signal line 422 and a second signal line 424. The first signal line 422 and the second signal line 424 extend along at least two pathways parallel with each other. The first signal line 422 and the second signal line 424 change the pathway at a pathway change part PCP. The pathway change parts PCP of the adjacent differential signal lines are arranged at positions along a longer direction of the differential signal lines and different from each other.
