Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency call system and an emergency call device capable of performing an emergency call to the outside by any of a portable telephone and a portable terminal device.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 100 comprises: a service retrieval part 112 for specifying a connection mode (service) with a terminal device; a terminal device specification part 113 for specifying a type of the terminal device on the basis of the specified connection mode; a BT connection processing part 111 and a bluetooth interface part 160 for performing data transmission/reception data with the terminal device by using the specified connection mode; and an emergency call processing part 114 for instructing the terminal device to transmit emergency information to an emergency call server.
