The correction quantity arithmetic part 104 includes: a delay part 104a which delays an opening command "u" output from the molten-metal surface level controller C; an arithmetic part 104b which receives a detection level "y" and outputs a result of an operation using a discrete reverse transfer function model of a nominal model P(s) of a molten-metal surface level variation process model; an addition point 104c which outputs a disturbance estimated value d^ which is a difference between the output from the arithmetic part 104b and the output from the delay part 104a; and a processing part 104d which receives the disturbance estimated value d^ output from the addition point 104c and outputs an opening correction quantity "v". Then the processing part 104d functions as a band-pass filter 105 which passes a specific frequency range through and an m-step ahead predictor 106. |
