Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which electric cells can be surely connected to one another irrespective of bending precision of electrode tabs and positional displacement of the electrode tabs, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A battery pack 10 is constructed by stacking plural flat single cells 102 each of which has a power generating element 102a sealed in an outer package 102b and a plate-like electrode tab 102c which is connected to the power generating element from the inside of the outer package 102 and led out to the outside of the outer package 102. The battery pack has a conductive member 104 having a connection portion 104a which extends in parallel to the electrode tab of the single cell and is connected to the electrode tab, and an extension portion 104b which is connected to the connection portion 104a and extends at the outside of the tip of the electrode tab in the stack direction of the single cells. The battery pack has a bus bar 121 for connecting the extension portions of the conductive members adjacent to each other in the stack direction.
