SECONDARY BATTERY TYPE FUEL CELL SYSTEM AND POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and highly efficient secondary battery type fuel cell system capable of compensating fluctuation of power to be supplied from the outside.SOLUTION: A secondary battery type fuel cell system includes: a power compensation part; a flow rate control part; and a frequency setting part. The power compensation part is configured to compensate fluctuation of power to be supplied from the outside by generated power of a power generation/electrolysis part having a power generation function for performing power generation by using fuel gas to be supplied from a fuel generation part and an electrolysis function for performing electrolysis on a product (a reverse reaction product of a chemical reaction by which fuel gas is generated) to be supplied from the fuel generation part power in the reproduction of the fuel generation part or power necessary for the electrolysis of the power generation/electrolysis part. The flow rate control part is configured to control the flow rate of gas circulating between the flue generation part and the power generation/electrolysis part on the basis of the fluctuation of the power to be supplied from the outside. The frequency setting part is configured to set the frequency of power to be used for compensation.
