Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical member having a high antireflection effect even on a substrate with a low refractive index.SOLUTION: The optical member comprises a laminate formed on a surface of a substrate 1. The laminate includes, on a surface thereof, a porous layer 3 or a layer having a rugged structure, and also includes a polymer layer 2 between the porous layer 3 or the layer having the rugged structure and the substrate 1, the polymer layer having a layer thickness of 10 nm or more and 150 nm or less and comprising a maleimide copolymer having a maleimide copolymer ratio of 0.5 or more and 0.97 or less.
