XYZ ORTHOGONAL MEASUREMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety in an operation of a probe by enabling intuitive grasping of a probe position with respect to a measurement work, and to enable improvement in operability.SOLUTION: In an XYZ orthogonal measurement device including a measurement table 13, and a CCD camera 18 moving in XYZ directions relatively to the measurement table 13, and measuring a measurement work 12 mounted on the measurement table 13, the XYZ orthogonal measurement device comprises: a wide area observation camera 19 that photographs an image capable of constituting a bird's eye view Imt covering all over an area in which the CCD camera 18 can move relatively in the measurement work 12 at a time; a computer main body 21 that generates the bird's eye view Imt on the basis of the image, identifies a position of the CCD camera 18 in the bird's eye view Imt and configures navigation maps Imn1 to Imn3 having the position of the CCD camera 18 synthesized with the bird's eye view Imt; and a display 25 that displays the navigation maps Imn1 to Imn3.
