Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circulate, in a heat pump cycle, liquid refrigerant or oil remaining in a downstream side header with a simple structure.SOLUTION: In a pair of headers 5b, 5c, the downstream side header 5c served in a downstream side in a heating operation, and a low pressure pipe 41 connecting a heat exchanger 5 and a gas-liquid separator 2, or a gas-liquid separator 2 are connected. A connection pipe 42 is provided to flow liquid refrigerant or oil remaining in the downstream side header 5c to the low pressure pipe 41 or the gas-liquid separator 2.
