Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension metal fitting for a suspension bolt in which a lighting unit or the like can be easily hung at the suspension bolt, it is superior in aseismatic strength and an item to be suspended can be rigidly supported.SOLUTION: There are provided a pair of holding plates 10 pinching an item Q to be suspended from both sides. There are provided solid bodies 20 each of which is extended from the upper end part of each of the holding plates 10. A vertical part 21 is arranged in parallel with a suspension bolt P. A horizontal part 22 is bend and extended from the upper end of the vertical part 21. One vertical part 21 is formed with an inlet 23 for feeding the suspension bolt P with a nut P1 from the side surface. The horizontal part 22 is formed continuously with a recess 24. The other horizontal part 22 is formed with an overlapping recess 25 overlapped on the recess 24. There is provided a connecting bolt 26 for connecting the vertical part 21 of each of the solid bodies 20 together. A seal unit 27 for sealing a part of or entire inlet 23 is installed at the connecting bolt 26.
