Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging guard fence capable of being suitably applied even to a place where heavy snow is accumulated.SOLUTION: A hanging guard fence includes: a first support 20 that is held in such a manner as to be almost perpendicular to a slope S; a second support 30 that is elongated vertically upward on the valley side of the slope with respect to the first support 20; a transverse member 40 that is provided from the first support 20 to the second support 30; a fall prevention member 50 that prevents each of the first and second supports 20 and 30 from falling with respect to the valley side of the slope; and a hanging rope 60 that is connected to a lower end of the first support 20 and that hangs the first support 20 from above the slope to hold the first support 20 and the second support 30 within the slope S.
