Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an influence by disturbance light such as solar light and illumination in a non-contact power supply system, and to detect a foreign substance existent on an upper face of a cabinet accommodating a coil with high accuracy.SOLUTION: In a cabinet 120 (coil case 121) installed on a parking space with an accommodated power transmission coil 12, a foreign substance sensor is disposed to detect a foreign substance existent on the upper face of the coil case 121. The foreign substance sensor includes a light emitting unit 161 and a light receiving unit 162, and is disposed in such a manner that detection light traveling from the light emitting unit 161 to the light receiving unit 162 bridges across the upper face of the coil case 121. In this case, the foreign substance sensor outputs detection light from the light emitting unit 161 obliquely to an upward direction, and the light receiving unit 162 is configured in such a manner that an incidence plane to which the detection light from the light emitting unit 161 is incident faces downward.
