Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator manufacturing method with which damage to insulation coating of a segment can be suppressed by suppressing thermal effects which are generated when welding a coil end portion, without extending an axial length of a conductor segment, and a stator manufacturing device.SOLUTION: According to the stator manufacturing method, a segment Sg is inserted into a stator core 20, an end of a lead portion Sga is welded and a segment coil SC is formed. In the stator manufacturing method, an exfoliated portion Sgi in the lead portion Sga of the segment Sg inserted into the stator core 20 is clamped by a clamping jig 100 extending in a radial direction of the stator core 20. When welding the exfoliated portions Sgi with each other, a welding area at a side where an end of the exfoliated portion Sgi is disposed and a cooling area A1 at a side where the stator core 20 is disposed are separated by the clamping jig 100. Gas is blasted to the lead portion Sga at a side of the cooling area via a ventilation path 114 (124) which becomes cooling means provided in the clamping jig 100, thereby cooling the lead portion Sga. |
