Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the transient state in a supply voltage in an electronic circuit.SOLUTION: In a power control circuit, a plurality of transistors are connected between a power source node and a gate control power source node such that a gate electrode of a first transistor of the plurality of transistors receives a power control signal, and the first transistor is placed into a conduction state in response to the assertion of the power control signal. The power control circuit also includes: a first voltage comparator which places a second transistor of the plurality of transistors into the conduction state when a voltage on a gate control voltage supply node reaches a first reference voltage in response to the assertion of the power control signal; and a second voltage comparator which places a third transistor of the plurality of transistors into the conduction state when the voltage on the gate control voltage supply node reaches a second reference voltage different from the first reference voltage in response to the assertion of the power control signal. |
