REPORTING APPARATUS AND ACCESSORY FOR REPORT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reporting apparatus which enables a user to report to/call 119 (emergency telephone number in Japan) by a simple operation with one switch, regardless of indoors or outdoors as long as the user is located within a range wirelessly communicable with user's own mobile phone terminal while utilizing the mobile phone terminal, to wait for a rescue from a closest fire department without the need to register or contract the emergency report beforehand, and causes persons around the reporter to know the location of the reporter himself/herself on the site, and an accessory for report thereof.SOLUTION: The reporting apparatus comprises an accessory 2 for report and a mobile phone terminal 30. The accessory 2 for report includes a report switch 3 and a short-distance communication device 4 which transmits a radio signal in response to ON operation of the report switch 3, and is formed so as to be attached to and detached from the body or clothing of a user. The mobile phone terminal 30 includes a GPS function and a short-distance communication device 4 capable of receiving the radio signal, and reports to or calls a telephone number for emergency/fire-fighting report upon receiving the radio signal.
