Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a program for detecting a link aggregation failure, estimating a set point of link aggregation in a communication network and detecting a failure in link aggregation.SOLUTION: A link aggregation failure detection unit 1 acquires traffic volume information on all links of a device 100 to be monitored, and extracts two links (a link pair) in a full mesh from all links connected to the device 100, to calculate a LAG estimation score based on a difference between the traffic volumes of the two links. The link aggregation failure detection unit 1 then extracts a link pair having the LAG estimation score smaller than and including a predetermined threshold, to detect a point on which the setting of link aggregation is estimated.
