Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metalized film capacitor that is prevented from easily wrinkling when a metalized film is wound or layered and that is able to satisfactorily exhibit the self-recovery function of a metalized film by sufficiently dispersing gas even if wrinkle occurs and causes dielectric breakdown, resulting in evapotranspiration of a metal deposition film and hence gas generation.SOLUTION: In a metalized film capacitor 10, metal spray parts 2 are formed on two electrode extraction faces of a metalized film cylinder 1 formed by winding or layering a metalized film 1d formed from a dielectric film 1a and a metal deposition film 1b formed on one side thereof, and external lead-out terminals 3 are joined to the metal spray part 2. The metalized film 1d is further provided with a nano-particle layer 1c formed by dispersing nano-particles 1ca on the surface of the metal deposition film 1b. |
