Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is desired to correctly align a mouthpiece or an optical device such as a lens to an LED light-emitting unit, in an LED light-emitting device comprising the LED light-emitting unit including a plurality of LED blocks.SOLUTION: In the LED light-emitting unit, a plurality of LED blocks connecting a plurality of LED elements in series are arrayed and disposed on a substrate and the plurality of LED blocks are connected in parallel and driven to be lit by a common power supply voltage. In a part of LED elements constituting the LED block, an LED element for position detection is disposed of which the light emission initiation voltage is lower than that of the other LED elements. Therefore, the common power supply voltage is supplied with a lower voltage value than a specific value, thereby lighting on only a position detection LED block including the LED element for position detection.
