OPTICAL SWITCH DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical switch device capable of switching an optical transmission path even when the operation of one optical switch is defective.SOLUTION: An optical switch device 5 includes: two optical switches 50A and 50B having first connectors 51 for holding the ends of two optical fibers at an input side and second connectors 52 for holding the ends of two optical fibers at an output side optically connected to the ends of the two optical fibers at the input side for switching optical transmission paths to allow the first connectors 51 to relatively move and to be optically connected to the second connectors 52, in which the two optical switches 50A and 50B are serially connected.
