Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator that is able to determine that the rotation angle of a pedal is abnormal.SOLUTION: A rotation angle sensor is arranged between two magnets and has a first hole IC and a second hole IC that output a voltage corresponding to a change in magnetic flux density. When the rotation angle of a pedal is in the range from 0°, which is a rotation angle when an accelerator is fully closed, to °larger than °, which is a rotation angle when the accelerator is fully open, the first hole IC outputs a first voltage Vthe magnitude of which is two times that of a second voltage Voutput by the second hole IC. When the rotation angle is larger than °, the first hole IC outputs a first voltage C1 which is a constant value. When an output difference G1 calculated based on G1=V/2-Vis equal to or smaller than a second threshold LV, an ECU determines that the pedal is rotated in the opening direction of the accelerator from the time when the accelerator is fully open and the rotation angle is abnormal. Thus, an abnormality in the rotation angle of the pedal can be determined. |
