Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new automatic transmission device with four planetary gear mechanisms, four clutches and two brakes, and improve the transmission efficiency of power.SOLUTION: An automatic transmission device includes four planetary gear mechanisms P1,P2,P3,P4 of the single pinion type. A carrier P12 and a ring gear P43, a ring gear P13 and a ring gear P33, and a ring gear P23, a carrier P32 and carrier P42 are connected by means of connection elements R1 to R3. A second connection element R2 and a sun gear P31, a first connection element R1 and a carrier P22, the first connection element R1 and a sun gear P21, a sun gear P11 and the sun gear P21 are connected by means of clutches C1 to C4. The sun gear P11 and a sun gear P41 are connected to a case 2, an input shaft 3 is connected to the carrier P22, and an output gear 4 is connected to the sun gear P31 by means of brakes B1,B2. As a result it is possible to configure an automatic transmission device that can shift to ten forward gears and a reverse gear.
