Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a shape of press-fitting tool to be simplified and a press-fitting stroke to be stabilized in an inductive rotation angle detecting device of an electronic control throttle device by integrally molding an excitation conductor and metallic inserter into a cup-like holder (rotor) of resin molded body, press fitting this inserter into the extremity end of a metallic throttle shaft of rotating member, arranging resin fault part at inner side of the excitation conductor, exposing the upper surface of the inserter and forming a pressing surface.SOLUTION: Metallic excitation conductor and metallic inserter are integrally molded into a cup-like holder of resin molded body, this inserter is press fitted into the extremity end of a metallic throttle shaft of rotating member. Resin fault part is arranged at inner side of the excitation conductor, the upper surface of the inserter is exposed at the resin fault, the center of the inserter is provided with a through-hole and a pressing surface is formed around the through-hole.
