Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an L1type FeNi regular alloy and the L1type FeNi regular alloy.SOLUTION: A first step of adding relative strain of about 50 or more to a metal composition containing iron and nickel is conducted. The metal composition includes a metal of lump (bulk) of ingot and the like, or a mixed powder obtained by mixing different kinds of metal powders. The metal composition contains 44 to 56 atom% of the iron and 44 to 56 atom% of the nickel. It may contain further 0 to 20 atom% of cobalt. If needed, a heating treatment is conducted to the metal composition at a temperature less than the regulation temperature of an L1type FeNi regular alloy after the first step or at the same time with the first step.
