ELEVATOR VOICE CALL REGISTRATION DEVICE AND ELEVATOR VOICE CALL REGISTRATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user of a permitted floor by the blinking of a destination button because the user does not know that there is a non-stop floor due to service floor separation control or the like.SOLUTION: An elevator voice call registration device includes: voice destination registration intention detection means 13 which, when voice recognition means 12 recognizes that a prescribed voice has been input or when person detection means 17 detects a user who does not operate a destination button on an elevator operation panel, determines that the user has the intention of registering a destination floor by voice recognition; an elevator information section 20 which stores permitted floor information indicating a permitted floor permitted to be registered as a destination; permitted floor blinking means 18 which, when the voice destination registration intention detection means 13 detects that the user has the intention of the voice recognition, blinks a floor button of the permitted floor in destination buttons on the elevator operation panel for a prescribed period of time according to the permitted floor information; and call registration means 14 which registers the destination floor according to the result of the voice recognition performed by the voice recognition means 12 after the start of the blinking.
