Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which can adjust a temperature in a utilization space and has a translucent part on the circumference of the utilization space.SOLUTION: An automobile 10 as a structure includes a body 12 which forms a living space for a crewman. On an upper part of the body 12, a windshield 14, a window glass 16a for a driver seat and a front passenger seat, a window glass 16b for a back seat, and a rear glass 18 are provided. On the surface of the windshield 14, the surface of the window glass 16a for the driver seat and the front passenger seat, the surface of the window glass 16b for the back seat and the surface of the rear glas 18, electrochromic layers 20, which can be so controlled as to be changed in either a transmission state or a mirror state, are provided respectively.
