Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching press machine which can stably keep sagging caused in a belt-shaped steel plate and in which a feeding device can feed the belt-shaped steel plate into a press device successively at high-speed.SOLUTION: A punching press machine 1 comprises: a keeping device; a press device having a pair of punching dies; a feeding device 3 feeding a belt-shaped steel plate 8 between the pair of punching dies successively; and a sagging formation device 4 producing sagging 80 to the belt-shaped steel plate 8 when feeding by the feeding device 3 is stopped. The sagging formation device 4 has a feeding unit 41 feeding the belt-shaped steel plate 8 fed from the keeping device, and a guide unit 42 guiding the belt-shaped steel plate 8 so as to fold it into an arc shape. When the feeding by the feeding device 3 is stopped, the guide unit 42 takes in the sagging 80 caused in the belt-shaped steel plate 8 fed by the feeding unit 41 by sliding in a feed forward direction D1 while keeping the arc shape.
