PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod capable of performing a fishing operation while changing installation positions of a movement guide and switching between the two positions.SOLUTION: A fishing rod includes a reel seat 5 and two or more fishing line guides 4Ba and 4Bb. The butt side fishing line guide 4Bb located on a side closer to the reel seat 5 of the fishing line guides 4Ba and 4Bb is configured so as to move in a direction that it approaches the tip side fishing line guide 4Ba adjacent to the rod tip side, and the butt side fishing line guide 4Bb is configured so as to maintain the positions at a first operation position in which it is away from the tip side fishing line guide 4Ba, and a second operation position in which it is close to the rod butt side of the tip side fishing line guide 4Ba.
