Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of lignocellulosic biomass capable of efficiently saccharifying lignocellulosic biomass without increasing the size of a facility.SOLUTION: A treatment method of lignocellulosic biomass comprises; a pretreatment step S1 of performing tissue destruction of lignocellulosic biomass by a gas absorption type ammonia explosion method; a saccharification treatment step S2 of sprinkling treatment water obtained by mixing an enzyme hydrolyzing lignocellulose with water on the lignocellulosic biomass, after the pretreatment step S1, and re-sprinkling the passed and circulated treatment water; a membrane separation step S3 of performing membrane separation of treated water after the saccharification treatment using an ultrafilter membrane having cut-off molecular weight of 10,000, thereby collecting the enzyme for recycling; and a fermentation step S4 of performing alcohol fermentation the permeation liquid after the membrane separation using alcohol fermentation microorganisms, thereby producing bioethanol.
