PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device with favorable characteristics using an electrode including a metal layer containing Mo.SOLUTION: In an electronic device 10, a semiconductor layer 3 is arranged between a first electrode 2 and a second electrode 4, one of the first electrode 2 and the second electrode 4 contains at least one metal layer selected from a first metal layer containing Mo and not containing dopant and a second metal layer containing Mo and dopant, and at least one metal layer selected from a third metal layer containing a conductive material having an electric resistivity smaller than that of Mo and not containing dopant and a fourth metal layer containing a conductive material having an electric resistivity smaller than Mo and containing dopant, and is formed of a laminated electrode including three or more layers including at least one metal layer selected from the second metal layer and the fourth metal layer.
