Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous conductive sheet suitable for an electrode material having conductivity and gas permeability, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: The porous conductive sheet composed of organic fibers and a conductive material contains, as the conductive material, at least conductive particles having a particle size of less than 1 μm, conductive particles having a particle size of 5-100 μm, and carbon fibers. Preferably, fluororesin is fused to the fiber surface of organic fibers of the porous conductive sheet. The porous conductive sheet can be obtained by a manufacturing method of a porous conductive sheet for preparing slurry containing conductive particles having a particle size of less than 1 μm, conductive particles having a particle size of 5-100 μm, carbon fibers and organic fibers, and then papermaking the slurry.
