Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a compressor and its drive system device.SOLUTION: An oil-free screw compressor includes: a compressor bodies 1 and 2 for compressing gas, a motor 10 for driving rotors of the compressor bodies via speed increasing gears 2a, 2b, and 9; a gear casing 3 for housing the speed increasing gears; and cooling system devices 31 and 41 for cooling discharge air. An oil pump 53 is driven by an oil pump gear shaft 71 attached to the bull gear 9. A shaft seal 74 is installed in a shaft seal cover 73, and lubricating oil in the gear case 3 is sealed between a bush 72 and the shaft seal 74. In addition, the bush 72 axially positions the bull gear 9.
