Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind turbine having a gimbals device that is mainly installed at marine of deep depth capable of preventing oscillation of a base part from transmitting the wind turbine in particular under arrangement of a gimbals mount that can swing in two-axial directions crossing at a right angle with the base part of a floating body and capable of substantially improving safety and durability of the entire wind turbine device by preventing, in turn, vibration of the wind turbine from being transmitted to the base part and at the same time improving a cost reduction in manufacturing and maintainability of it.SOLUTION: This invention provides a wind turbine device constituted in such a way that a gimbals mount is provided that can swing in two axial directions crossing at a right angle with a connecting part between a pole having a rotating mechanism to cause a rotating surface of a rotating vane fixed to a rotating shaft to be made to face the direction of wind and a base part having a floating body and a cable fixed to the lower end of the pole is connected to an anchor. In addition, this invention can also adapt for a wind turbine having a vertical rotating shaft with a similar configuration.
