PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for a solar panel that makes a foundation pile have large resistance to drawing-out from the ground.SOLUTION: A frame for a solar panel for installing solar panels for photovoltaic power generation on the ground includes a substrate frame 1 for arranging the solar panels and foundation piles 3 which support the substrate frame 1 on their head parts and are put in the ground 2 with the head parts left on the earth. The foundation pile 3 is formed of, for example, a groove type steel material or an H type steel material having a first side part whose width direction is in a horizontal direction and a second side part which is connected at a certain angle to the first side part and whose width direction is in a horizontal direction. Both top and reverse surfaces of the first side part and both top and reverse surfaces of the second side part are contact surfaces which come into contact with the soil of the earth, and the foundation piles 3 are put in the ground 2.
