SHEET FEEDER AND IMAGE FORMATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeder and an image formation device capable of easily aligning a sheet in a width direction with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A sheet feeder includes: a main body 10; a cassette main body 100a detachable from the main body 10; an intermediate plate 101 rotatably provided in the cassette main body 100a, and capable of loading thereon a sheet; a lift mechanism 120 pressing the sheet on the intermediate plate 101 against a feed roller 20 by rotating the intermediate plate 101; a first restriction member 103 and a second restriction member 102 provided movably in a width direction W, and restricting the sheet on the intermediate plate 101 in the width direction; a reciprocating member 131 reciprocating in the width direction in proportion to moving up or down of the intermediate plate 101 by the lift mechanism 120; and a guide groove 124c and a guide pin 131a coupling the reciprocating member 131 to an alignment member 110 of the first restriction member 103 after the cassette main body 100a is attached to the main body 10 and reciprocating the alignment member 110 in the width direction in proportion to the moving up or down of the intermediate plate 101 by the lift mechanism 120.
