Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack structure having an existing exposure type column base and having improved vibration control performance and earthquake resistance, by comparatively simple reinforcement, without requiring work such as cutting and welding.SOLUTION: A rack structure 1 having an exposed column base, includes a damper 15. The damper 15 can be fixed on a foundation floor surface 10 by fastening a fitting flange 15A of a damper fixing part 15H by threadedly engaging nuts 15D with a plurality of anchor bolts 15C, and a part of a contact flange 15B of a damper movable part 15F abuts on an upper surface of a baseplate 11 of the column base, and the baseplate is movable in the vertical direction by separating a nut 13 and the nut 15D for fixing the baseplate to the foundation floor surface from the baseplate.
