Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel economy performance in a control system of a hybrid vehicle.SOLUTION: A control system 12 for a hybrid vehicle 10 includes an ECU 32 that permits stop of an engine when a preset intermittent stop permitting condition is achieved. During external power feeding from a first MG 22 or a battery 28 to an external side in a traveling stop state, the ECU 32 sets an achievement range of the intermittent stop permitting condition to be narrower compared to a case other than the external power feeding. When the vehicle is not in the external power feeding state, the intermittent stop permitting condition is not achieved if cooling water temperature Tw is below a threshold water temperature B°C. When the vehicle is in the external power feeding state, the intermittent stop permitting condition is not achieved if the cooling water temperature Tw is below a second threshold water temperature A°C set higher than the threshold water temperature B°C.
