RELAY METHOD AND RELAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce buffer volume for temporarily storing relay target data, and also prevent delay in communicating high-priority data.SOLUTION: In a radio relay system, a relay station RN compares priority of data (first data) received from a base station BTS (transmission device) and priority of data (second data) stored in a buffer of the relay station RN. Then, on the basis of the comparison result of data priority, the relay station RN discards the second data from the buffer and stores the first data in the buffer, or do not store the first data in the buffer and transmits the first data to a mobile station UE (reception device). Thus, it is possible to reduce buffer volume for temporarily storing relay target data and prevent delay in communicating high-priority data.
