IMAGE CORRECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for correcting an image.SOLUTION: An image correction method can be applied to a scanner and includes the steps of: moving a document waiting for being scanned on a scanner platform of the scanner; initializing each parameter with the scanner; scanning one image on a line with the scanner, the image including a plurality of image pixels each corresponding to red light, blue light, and green light; storing a total value of pixel values of red light, blue light, and green light of the one image on the line, and a minimum value and a maximum value of a plurality of red light beams, blue light beams, and green light beams in a memory storage unit 80 and a memory position the memory storage unit 80 corresponds to, respectively; when the quality of the image that is set to be scanned is satisfied, executing a set program in the memory storage unit 80; obtaining a shading table that has been updated; and completing image correction on each line. The image correction method can obtain an excellent image, and effectively reduce the amount of use of the memory storage unit 80.
