PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to attach an electric cable led out of one device to the other device without removing a back plate of the other device.SOLUTION: An electric cable connection device includes: an opening 30 that is provided at a position opposite to a substrate-side connector 61b on a device body 2; a lid body 40 that closes the opening 30; and a regulating member 41 that regulates the movement of an electric cable 50 with the lid body 40. The lid body 40 is configured to be attached to the opening 30 with an attachment part, with a cable-side connector 51b being connected with the substrate-side connector 61b; the attachment part includes an engaging part 42 that is provided on one side edge part of the lid body 40 to be engaged with a side edge part of the opening 30, and a stationary part 45 that is provided on the other side edge part side opposite to the one side edge part of the lid body 40; and the regulating member 41 is configured to regulate the movement of the electric cable 50 at a position closer to the stationary part 45 of the lid body 40 than to the engaging part 42.
