PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which can be more surely prevented from being unexpectedly removed from an opposite-side structure, the connector being able to be fitted with and removed from the opposite-side structure including a pin contact and a lock housing.SOLUTION: The connector can be fitted with and removed from an opposite-side structure including a pin contact and a lock housing, in a vertical direction. The pin contact and the lock housing extend upwards from a top face of the opposite-side structure. The connector comprises a housing and an operation member which is a separated body from the housing. The operation member is supported in the housing so as to be rotatable between an unlock position and a lock position around a rotation axis which is parallel with the vertical direction. In the operation member, a locked part is provided which protrudes in a radial direction orthogonal with the rotation axis. While the operation member is located at the unlock position, the locked part allows the connector and the opposite-side structure to be fitted/removed and while the operation member is located at the lock position, on the other hand, the locked part interferes with the lock housing, thereby preventing the connector and the opposite-side structure from being fitted/removed.
