Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device that uses a touch panel, and notifies a user of a position of a finger before the contact of the finger with the touch panel.SOLUTION: An input auxiliary method used in an input device using a touch panel comprises the steps of: detecting the presence of an object within a predetermined range from a touch panel (S101); determining whether the object is in a contact state or a non-contact state with the touch panel (S103); and when the object is present within the predetermined range and in the non-contact state, notifies a user of a proximity position that is a position on the touch panel closest to the object (S115).
