Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling performance of an electric motor.SOLUTION: A refrigerant passage 70 is formed in a rotary core 24a. The refrigerant passage 70 extends through in an axial direction of a rotating shaft 23 so as to establish communication between a first region Z1 and a second region Z2. A first end plate 81 is disposed at an end portion of the rotary core 24a adjacent to the first region Z1. The first end plate 81 includes a first communication port 81h that allows the first region Z1 and the refrigerant passage 70 to communicate with each other through a first opening 701 of the refrigerant passage 70. A radially outside region of the first opening 701 on the basis of the rotating shaft 23 is covered with the first end plate 81.
